The course will walk you (and any support person you might have) through the entire process of labor and birth as well as what to expect immediately postpartum so you can feel calm and ready for what the birthing day brings.

The course will be 100% online allowing you to take it at your own pace. Watch the lessons as many times as you need, and if you’re cutting it close before your estimated due date, you could do the whole course in a weekend.
